Artificial Intelligence Plays Crucial Role in Reducing Carbon Emissions in China
A recent study on the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on carbon emission reduction in China has yielded significant findings. The research, conducted by Zhejiang University of Technology, aimed to explore the effects of AI development on carbon emissions and identify effective transmission mechanisms. The study analyzed panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2019 and employed a two-way fixed effects model to empirically examine the relationship between AI development and carbon emissions.
