Electron Beam Irradiation Improves Microbiological Safety of Chilled Poultry Meat
Researchers from Almaty Technological University have conducted a study to investigate the effectiveness of electron beam irradiation in improving the microbiological safety and quality of chilled poultry meat produced in Kazakhstan.
