Jekabpils Municipality Launches European Union's Erasmus+ Youth Participation Project

The Jekabpils regional government has partnered with the International Youth Programme Agency to implement the European Union's Erasmus+ Youth Participation Project "Leap into Democracy" from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. The project aims to promote the involvement of young people in democratic processes and create a dialogue between young people and decision-makers in Jekabpils region, aged 13-25. Five young individuals, Niklavs Kozulins, Martins Geizans, Rudolfs Osans, Marija Kiselcuka, and Sanija Suma, will lead the project team, supported by the youth work team of the Jekabpils Regional Children and Youth Center.
