Research Uncovers New Insights into Teachers' Emotions-Based Satisfaction-Productivity Nexus in Higher Education
Research conducted at Zhejiang Shuren University in Hangzhou, People's Republic of China, has shed new light on the relationship between organizational climate, emotional intelligence, and learning outcomes in higher education institutions. The study, which was published in the journal Psychology in the Schools, investigated the role of organizational climate in facilitating teachers' emotions-based learning outcomes.
