New Study Reveals Positive Effects of Levodopa-Entacapone-Carbidopa Infusion on Parkinson's Disease Symptoms
A new study published in the Journal of Neural Transmission has found that the routine use of levodopa-entacapone-carbidopa intrajejunal infusion (LECIG) significantly reduces the burden of non-motor symptoms (NMS) in advanced Parkinson's disease patients. The study, known as the ELEGANCE study (NCT05043103), collected real-world data on long-term efficacy,
