Breakthrough in Nanotechnology: Enhanced Sonodynamic Therapy for Mammary Cancer
Researchers from Kunming Medical University have successfully developed an innovative approach to enhance sonodynamic therapy (SDT) performance for treating mammary cancer. Their novel strategy utilizes cyclodextrin polyrotaxane to inhibit p-p stacking effects between tetraphenylporphyrin molecules, leading to improved hypoxic microenvironment and therapeutic efficacy. The research resulted in a 76% suppression
