International Court of Justice to Hear Case on Israel's Humanitarian Obligations in Gaza and the West Bank
The International Court of Justice will begin hearing from 40 countries on Monday regarding Israel's obligations to provide humanitarian aid to Palestinians in Gaza and the occupied West Bank. The court was requested by the U.N. General Assembly to weigh in on Israel's legal obligations
