Breakthrough in Nanoparticle Research: Enhancing Energy Storage and Supercapacitor Performance

Research conducted by Inha University has led to the development of hybrid gel polymer electrolytes (GPEs) that integrate thermoplastic polyurethane (PU) and ionic liquid (IL) with silica nanoparticles. These GPEs have shown promising results in enhancing the performance of all-solid-state supercapacitors, including improved energy density, power density, and cycling stability.
