Breakthrough in Nanoelectronics: Researchers Overcome Limitations of OLEDs
Researchers from the University of Wurzburg have developed a novel approach to overcome the limitations of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) in nanoelectronics. By selectively passivating nanoelectrode edges with an insulating layer, they have achieved controlled charge carrier recombination and suppressed filament growth, resulting in improved external quantum efficiency (EQE) and
