New Research on Cervical Cancer Reveals Molecular Mechanisms of Cisplatin Resistance

Researchers from the Haldia Institute of Technology have made a significant breakthrough in understanding the molecular mechanisms of cisplatin resistance in cervical cancer. The study employed HPV16+ human cervix squamous carcinoma cells and their cisplatin-resistant subline to investigate the efficacy of cisplatin-based chemotherapy. The researchers used DIA-based proteomics to identify
