Hepatocyte nuclear factor 4alpha (HNF4alpha) plays a critical role in liver function and is linked to several diseases, including diabetes, hemophilia, atherosclerosis, and hepatitis. Despite the identification of numerous DNA response elements and target genes, the complete repertoire of HNF4alpha binding sites and target genes in the human genome remained
