Chongqing Wanzhou District Launches Pilot Project for Green Cultivation and Livestock Circular Agriculture

Chongqing Wanzhou District has initiated a pilot project to promote green cultivation and livestock circular agriculture, as part of the 2025 Chongqing Wanzhou District Green Cultivation and Livestock Circular Agriculture Pilot Project. The project aims to clear bottlenecks in the cultivation and livestock cycle, transform "manure" into "manure fertilizer," and promote resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure and scientific rational application of fertilizers.

The pilot project involves a public selection process to be held from September 8 to September 12, 2025, to undertake the collection, processing, transportation, and application of manure to the fields of social service entities. However, as of September 12, only one service organization has registered, and the number of registered organizations has not yet reached two.

The selected social service organization will be responsible for connecting the two ends of farming and breeding, signing transportation agreements with farm owners and use agreements with planting owners, carrying out full-link services such as manure collection, processing, and transportation, and implementing the project according to relevant requirements.
