The Defence Headquarters announced significant success in the country's counter-terrorism and security operations, with troops achieving major milestones in the last three months. According to the Defence Media Operations Director, Major-General Markus Kangye, troops not only eliminated several terrorist leaders and their foot soldiers but also rescued hundreds of hostages and arrested numerous suspects.
