DuPont Announces New Board Members for Qnity Electronics

DuPont has announced the selection of two new members to the future board of directors for Qnity Electronics, Inc., the planned, independent electronics public company created from DuPont's intended spin-off. Mark A. Blinn, former CEO, President, and Director of Flowserve Corporation, and Dr. Yi Hyon Paik, with over 20 years of industry experience in semiconductors and electronics materials, have been appointed to the Qnity Board.
