European Commission Amends EU ETS Allowances for Denmark and Luxembourg

The European Commission has amended the EU ETS allowances for Denmark and Luxembourg, allowing them to use previously cancelled allowances for compliance under Article 9 of Regulation (EU) 2018/842.
