Factors Influencing Cardiac Rehabilitation Intention in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Researchers at the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University have conducted a qualitative study to explore the factors influencing the intention of patients with coronary heart disease to undergo cardiac rehabilitation. The study, based on the Reasoned Action Approach theory, involved semi-structured interviews with 20 patients with coronary heart disease. The results identified nine themes reflecting patients' attitudes regarding cardiac rehabilitation, the impact of external factors, and barriers and facilitators in implementation.
