Genome-Wide Identification of G3BP Family in U's Triangle Brassica Species and Analysis of Its Expression in B. napus
Researchers from Southwest University in Chongqing, People's Republic of China, have discovered new insights into the G3BP family of proteins in plants. In a study published in the journal Plants, the team identified G3BP family genes from six species of the U's triangle, including Brassica rapa, B. oleracea, B. nigra, B. napus, B. juncea, and B. carinata, at the genome-wide level.
