Integrating Intellectual Capital and Sustainable Leadership to Strengthen Green Business Innovation and Sustainability of SMEs

Researchers have conducted a study to investigate the impact of intellectual capital on business sustainability in small-medium enterprises (SMEs) in Pakistan. The study found that human capital, structural capital, and relational capital have a positive relationship with business sustainability, and green business innovation mediates these relationships. Sustainable leadership acts as a moderator, enhancing the effect of intellectual capital on sustainability outcomes.
