Lipid-Lowering Agents Significantly Reduce Mortality Risk in Heart Disease Patients

Researchers at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Minneapolis conducted a retrospective cohort study to evaluate the effectiveness of lipid-lowering medication (LLM) on all-cause mortality in patients with known coronary heart disease.
