Modernizing Ukraine's Housing and Communal Services through International Collaboration

The Ministry of Regional Development of Ukraine, in conjunction with the European Investment Bank (EIB) and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), is working to modernize the country's housing and communal services.
