MRI-Based Radiomics Nomogram Predicts CD8+Tumor-Infiltrating Lymphocytes Levels in HER2-Positive Breast Cancer
Researchers at Army Medical University have developed a radiomics nomogram that can predict the levels of CD8+ tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) in patients with human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-positive breast cancer. This nomogram, based on radiomic features derived from dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI), has the potential to identify patients who may benefit from immunotherapy.
