Overexpression of Protein Kinase C iota as a Prognostic Marker in Colon Cancer

Researchers at Sun Yat-sen University have found that overexpression of protein kinase C iota (PKCi) is associated with tumor aggressiveness and chemotherapy resistance in patients with colorectal cancer.
