Pumpkin Seeds Show Promise in Mitigating Ochratoxin A Toxicity in Poultry Farming
A study published in the journal Microbial Pathogenesis has found that pumpkin seeds (Cucurbita spp.) can effectively mitigate the toxic effects of ochratoxin A (OTA) in broilers.
