Fujitsu and Triton Form Strategic Licensing Agreement for ATM Solutions
Fujitsu Transaction Solutions Inc. and Triton have entered into a strategic licensing agreement to provide a broader range of automated-teller machine solutions for small to mid-size financial institutions and the retail ATM market. The agreement will leverage Fujitsu's Windows-based ATM software application, Prism, on Triton's current and next-generation ATM hardware. Prism features standard 912 transaction emulation and uses Microsoft's industry-standard WOSA-XFS interface, enabling the same application to run on any Windows-capable ATM. This partnership will provide customers with a proven, tested, and certified Windows-based application.
